Custom School Communications Plan
- Word-of-Mouth Referrals
Clear and results driven communications is the key to building trust and fostering loyalty. An absence of information creates a void where individuals and the community make assumptions and draw conclusions of their own resulting in misconceptions and destructive opinions.
Your school should convey your message, encourage conversation, seek feedback and measure progress. Remember, communications is about delivering the right message, to the right audience, at the right time.
The goal of a communications plan is to make your school communications more effective resulting in better engagement and customer satisfaction. This leads to improved retention rates and more word-of-mouth referrals.
A School Communications Plan deals with information such as; what to communicate, who to communicate, how often to communicate and the channels to use for such communications. It includes a review of your existing communications efforts along with recommendations and a remediation plan.
A good Communications Plan establishes accountability for the plan implementation. Enough resources should be set aside for implementing the plan.
The plan should also includes suggestions on how to measure the success of your communication efforts.
