NET PROMOTER SCORE

Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the loyalty that exists between a provider and consumer. Your Net Promoter Score® acts as a leading indicator of growth. If your organization's NPS is higher than those of your competitors, you will likely outperform the market. Managing your NPS will also improve your business performance.

NPS is calculated based on responses to a single question: How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague? The scoring for this answer is most often based on a 0 to 10 scale.

  • Those who respond with a score of 9 -10 are called Promoters and are considered likely to remain customers for longer, and make more positive referrals.
  • Those who respond with a score of 0 to 6 are labeled Detractors, and they are believed to be less likely to exhibit the value-creating behaviors.
  • Responses of 7 and 8 are labeled Passives, and their behavior falls in the middle of Promoters and Detractors.

THE PROCESS

Gather Information
Our Business Analyst visits your school on a fact finding mission to collect information necessary for the survey. This visit lasts 1 day.

Create Custom Survey
This information is then analyzed and a school survey is tailored for your needs. It generally takes 7 days to create the survey questions. The survey contains multiple choice questions and some open ended questions such as "What improvements would you suggest?"

Conduct Survey
Once the questions are finalized, the survey is uploaded to our survey site. Emails are then sent out to parents and teachers inviting them to the survey. Paper surveys will be mailed to parents who don't have access to the internet. Students can fill out the survey online or they can fill up paper surveys. All surveys are anonymous and user information is not tracked.

Submit Survey Report
The process of analyzing the result begins once the paper surveys have been collected. It takes 5 working days to interpret the survey results and submit the interpretation report.

Discuss Key Findings
A meeting is setup with the school management to discuss the survey interpretation report.
